SHIPPING & HANDLING 

The shipping cost will depend on the shipping method you select.  We offer various shipping methods including priority mail (3 business days within the USA) and overnight express mail.  The various shipping methods and their cost are listed on the check out page.  A sales tax of 6.5% of the price of the merchandise is added for orders originating in Minnesota. 

We usually ship within 48 hours after receiving your cleared payment (that is, after funds have been deposited into the store's account).   "Business days" are normal weekdays.  Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays do not count as business days.  So, you will want to keep them in mind as you determine the earliest delivery date of your purchase.

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you are unsatisfied with an item for any reason, you may return the item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receiving the product.  We ask that you share your reasons for the return so that we may use the information for imroving our store.  We request that you notify us by email (customercare@luminjewels.com) of your intent of returning the item and the reason for the return and we will send you instructions as to where to send the return. We will refund the amount of the purchase, less any shipping charges. Neither the original shipping charges nor the return shipping charges are refundable. The returned item must be in its original condition and returned INSURED for the purchase price. Insurance charges are not refundable.  Items returned after 14 days are not refundable.  Any merchandise altered, resized, damaged, or switched will not be accepted.  Refunds will be issued after item is received and carefully inspected by us.  Refunds may take between 1-2 weeks.
